FOMENTO DE SAN SEBASTIÁN, in the capacity of controller for the CITY COUNCIL OF SAN SEBASTIÁN, has different email addresses on its platform that serve as a communication channel for the purposes established in each case. In addition, FOMENTO DE SAN SEBASTIÁN at times may use email as a communication channel with those with which it maintains some type of relationship.
The data as regards the controller and the contact data of the data protection officer are indicated in section 2 of the Privacy Policy.
Pursuant to the relevant purpose, the legitimate basis for processing the data of a user/email sender by FOMENTO DE SAN SEBASTIÁN, acting as processor of the CITY COUNCIL OF SAN SEBASTIÁN, will be:
